Welcome Oldschool players,
I'm proud to announce our first Oldschool play-what-you-got tournament. We will use the swedish ban/restriction list and allow a lot of reprints to involve as many players as possible. This tournament won’t be about winning, we will play to relive some childhood dreams and tap some piece of real old cardboard. Five Rounds of swiss are going to be played that day, no matter how many player will appear.
Entry fee: 9 € / 70 DKK cash only
Prizes: Winner can chooses between sweet OS Staples and fetchlands. Everyone will get at least one prize
Location: Mürwiker Str. 155A, 24944 Flensburg
Start: 3 pm (after round 4 of the Legacy main event)
Do you want to play some Pirate Ships in your Deck? Just let me know and get them for free. One Beta card will be signed from every player as a trophy for the winner. One Beta card will be the price for the best unpowered Deck.
We will use Modern Magic rules like Vancouver Mulligan and no mana burn will apply. But no draws are allowed, that’s not the spirit of Oldschool. After the fifth extra turn we play sudden death rule and the player with the higher life total wins.
Prizes for 93/94 Pirate Cup. Note that some are for the top, some are for top unpowered and some are for the (spoiler) bingo. Every player will take home at least something cool.

Artifact
1, Tap: Choose a nontoken permanent on the battlefield. If Chaos Orb is on the battlefield, flip Chaos Orb onto the battlefield from a height of at least one foot. If Chaos Orb turns over completely at least once during the flip, and touches the chosen permanent, destroy that permanent. Then destroy Chaos Orb.
