Hallo,
Comprehensive Rules (CR):
500.1. A turn consists of five phases, in this order: beginning, precombat main, combat, postcombat main, and ending. Each of these phases takes place every turn, even if nothing happens during the phase. The beginning, combat, and ending phases are further broken down into steps, which proceed in order.
500.2. A phase or step in which players receive priority ends when the stack is empty and all players pass in succession. Simply having the stack become empty doesn’t cause such a phase or step to end; all players have to pass in succession with the stack empty. Because of this, each player gets a chance to add new things to the stack before that phase or step ends.
Mainphase. Der Stack ist leer. Ich gebe Priorität ab. Mein Gegner gibt Priorität ab. Jetzt sind wir im Beginning of Combat Step (BOC). Ich habe Priorität und kann z.B. Instants casten.
Laut den Magic Tournament Rules (MTR) können die MTR den CR widersprechen. Dann gelten die MTR:
Information in this document may contradict (or have information not contained in) the Comprehensive Rules. Insuch cases, this document takes precedence.
MTR:
Certain conventional tournament shortcuts used in Magic are detailed below. They define a default communication; if a player wishes to deviate from these, they should be explicit about doing so. Note that some ofthese are exceptions to the policy above in that they do cause non-explicit priority passes.
•If the active player passes priority with an empty stack during their first main phase, the non-activeplayer is assumed to be acting in beginning of combat unless they are affecting whether a beginning of combat ability triggers. Then, after those actions resolve or no actions took place, the active player receives priority at the beginning of combat. Beginning of combat triggered abilities (even ones that target) may be announced at this time.
To summarize the effect of the shortcut for those who might now know about it: the active player can’t request to move priority to beginning of combat without stating what they are doing there.

•If the active player passes priority with an empty stack during their first main phase (das mache ich, indem ich "combat" sage), the non-activeplayer is assumed to be acting in beginning of combat unless they are affecting whether a beginningof combat ability triggers. Then, after those actions resolve or no actions took place (mein Gegner macht nichts), the active player receives priority at the beginning of combat (jetzt habe ich Priorität und kann Instants casten, die ich vorher nicht angekündigt habe)
Widerspricht das nicht der Aussage des Judge-Blogs?
To summarize the effect of the shortcut for those who might now know about it: the active player can’t request to move priority to beginning of combat without stating what they are doing there.
