D&D hat sich ja auch das Vorpal Sword abgekupfert, obwohl es nicht deren IP ist und das bekommt auch ne Karte. Haben sie im Stream sogar selbst zugegeben, dass das ursprünglich aus dem (grandiosen) Jabberwocky Gedicht von Lewis Carroll stammt:

So rested he by the Tumtum tree,
And stood awhile in thought.

Und ob die gute Dame jetzt Tiamat heißt oder wie eine andere x-beliebige Gottheit ist doch erstmal egal, solange sie anders dargestellt wird als ihre Namenvetterin. Bestimmt gibt es auch andere (neue) Legendäre Kreaturen in Magic, deren Name in irgendeiner Religion der Name einer Gottheit ist. Ob das dann beabsichtigt oder unbeabsichtigt ist, sei mal dahingestellt.
In D&D existiert Tiamat jedenfalls seit 1975 in dieser fünfköpfigen Drachenform.
