Kann ich hierbei ein Ziel mehrfach auswählen? Zb ich habe nur einen Gegner und bestimme x ist 5. Kann ich ihm dann 5 mal 5 Schaden schiessen?

Nein

115.3. The same target can’t be chosen multiple times for any one instance of the word “target” on a spell or ability. If the spell or ability uses the word “target” in multiple places, the same object or player can be chosen once for each instance of the word “target” (as long as it fits the targeting criteria). This rule applies both when choosing targets for a spell or ability and when changing targets or choosing new targets for a spell or ability (see rule 115.7).

Nein, das geht nicht. Wenn nur ein Ziel da ist, dann ist nur ein Ziel da. Allerdings kannst du natürlich trotzdem mit X = 5 nur auf den Gegner 25 Schaden schießen, weil Crackle "up to X targets" sagt.

Wären es dann nicht nur 5? Ich kann den Gegner doch nur einmal anzielen?

Crackle with Power macht 5 mal so viel Schaden, siehe Kartentext. Kostet allerdings auch 17 Mana.

Was nicht geht wäre das gleiche Ziel 5 mal bestimmen also 5x5x5 = 125 Schaden auf ein einzelnes Ziel.
