Der Glaube ist nicht der entscheidende Faktor für den Placeboeffekt. Wichtig ist nur, dass ein Zusammenhang zwischen einer bestimmten Maßnahme/Substanz und einer Verbesserung der Symptomatik konditioniert wird (was teilweise sogar auf Ebene des Organismus funktioniert). Auf diese Art kann theoretisch auch eine reale Wirkung von Medikamenten mit dem Placeboeffekt kombiniert werden. Nimmt man z.B. ein Schmerzmittel immer zusammen mit sagen wir einem Löffel Maggi ein, so könnte das Maggi für sich alleine tatsächlich irgendwann eine schmerzreduzierende Wirkung bekommen.

Die Leyline gibt dir nicht die Möglichkeit die Karte aus dem Exil zu casten, daher musst du die alternativen Kosten der geplotteten Karte nutzen und das beinhaltet dann auch das "as a sorcery", was dann wiederum nur eine Abkürzung für folgende timing Anforderung ist:

702.170d A plotted card’s owner may cast it from exile without paying its mana cost during their main phase while the stack is empty during any turn after the turn in which it became plotted. Casting a spell this way follows the rules for paying alternative costs in rules 601.2b and 601.2f–h. A plotted card may be cast this way even if it doesn’t have the plot ability while in exile.

If a spell, ability, or effect states that a player can do something only “any time they could cast a sorcery” or “only as a sorcery,” it means only that the player must have priority, it must be during the main phase of their turn, and the stack must be empty. The player doesn’t need to have a sorcery card they could cast. Effects that would preclude that player from casting a sorcery spell don’t affect the player’s capability to perform that action (unless the action is actually casting a sorcery spell).

Ja das funktioniert so wie du schreibst. Der Unterschied liegt im "If the player does, ..." beim Knowledge Pool. Das exilen ist beim Possibility Storm also keine Voraussetzung.
Die Reihenfolge bestimmst du, wenn du beide kontrollierst.
