Das Memo hat Pepega dann wohl nicht erhalten.

Ich find Würfeln btw völlig okay. Ist doch auf den meisten Karten eh wie Coinflippen, mit einem möglichen Outcome mehr. Bisher hat eine Karte 4 Outcomes und ein paar wenige haben nur 2 (also wie Coinflips). Der Rest hat 3.

Ich hätte es mir nicht gewünscht, aber ich hab mich schon öfter gefragt, warum das nicht längst ein Ding in black-border ist. Mir ist die Mechanik relativ egal. Ist halt wieder eine Mechanik mehr, um die man sich lustige Commander-Decks bauen kann. Und solange das in diesem Set jetzt mit einer guten Menge Karten eingeführt wird und dann in folgenden Sets zwischendurch immer mal wieder eine Karte damit gedruckt wird, wird das ähnlich wie Coinflippen auch, bestimmt nicht Überhand nehmen.

Jetzt will ich The Deck of Many Things in Dredge spielen, nur um dann den Judge zu fragen, wie zur Hölle wir jetzt das 1-9 Ergebnis halbwegs effizient abwickeln.

Turn 2 Grim Monolith, Turn 3 dann infinite Mana mit Zirda, the Dawnwaker, Monolith opfern, Staff of Domination holen, Deck ziehen, Walking Ballista, gg.

Oder Basalt Monolith, auch infinite Mana, dann opfern und Goblin Cannon ins Spiel knallen, gg.

Oder halt auch mal nen 0-Mana Artefakt in ne Pyrite Spellbomb für Bomberman Combo verwandeln. Find ich richtig krass den Dude.

Good Omens Staffel 2 wurde von Amazon Prime bestellt, Dreharbeiten starten im Herbst!

Find ich super. Hoffentlich dieses Mal ohne die Kinderdarsteller, die waren irgendwie das schlimmste an Staffel 1. Der Rest war super.

Many abilities found in this set are preceded by flavor words—italicized terms that help tell the story of what's going on. In many cases, they identify a particular skill or feat a creature from the Forgotten Realms could have. A few modal cards in the set use flavor words to better illustrate your choices.

Flavor words look just like ability words, which is cool because neither has any rules meaning.

Die sind da dieses Mal hart durchgerushed, ich hab eine Karte verpasst, die trage ich noch nach. Und ich hab nicht ganz verstanden, wie Tradeable funktioniert, kommt auch nach.

Tradeable is a new Keyword:

• Cards with the new Tradeable keyword can be played like normal, or for the low cost of 1 Mana, swapped with a different card in your deck!
• Questlines - An adventure is only as good as the quests you take along the way. All 10 classes will have access to a Questline that highlights the journey of their class’s Mercenary through Stormwind. Questlines are Legendary spells that start in your hand and have three tiers of progression. Get a reward after you complete each step of the Questline, culminating in a powerful Legendary mercenary minion!
• Mounts & Professions - You’ve grown a lot in the Barrens, and it’s time to level up! Pick up a mount to aid you in battle—and even keep fighting after you’re gone! Or maybe you can learn a new skill while you’re in town. Profession tools are weapons that have special effects instead of attack values. Gather the crafting reagents to get an awesome effect!

Bin auf der Arbeit und kann mir das Erklärvideo nicht anschauen. Gibt es ein TLDW darüber wie ein Dungeon ausgewählt wird? Wird er gecastet oder random irgendwo aufgedeckt oder wie?

Es gibt in diesem Set drei Dungeons. Alle sind in deinem Sideboard (nehmen dort aber keinen Platz ein). Wenn du eine Karte spielst, die sagt "venture into the dungeon" nimmst du eins davon, packst es in die Command Zone (wie ein Emblem eines Planeswalkers) und gehst es Schritt für Schritt mit jedem weiteren Venture ab und tust das, was auf dem Level steht, auf dem du dich gerade befindest. Dabei folgst du den Pfeilen, du kannst aussuchen, welchen Weg du gehst. Sobald die Fähigkeit des letzten Raums den Stack verlässt (gecountert oder resolved ist egal), verlässt der Dungeon das Spiel und du hast einen Dungeon komplettiert. Danach kannst du beim nächsten "venture into the dungeon" einen neuen Dungeon wählen, oder den alten noch mal machen. Du kannst aber nie mehr als einen Dungeon gleichzeitig aktiv haben.

Stellt sich für mich jetzt noch die Frage:

Kommen in den Commander-Decks noch weitere Dungeons und werden die dann auch legal im Standard? Sind ja im Grunde nur Tokens.

Maro’s Adventures in the Forgotten Realms Teaser

Before previews for Dungeons & Dragons: Adventures in the Forgotten Realms officially begin, I thought it would be fun to do another of my Duelist-style teasers where I give tiny hints of things to come. Note that I’m only giving you partial information.

 First up, here are some things you can expect:

 

 • a new enchantment subtype

• a card granting -11/-11

• a creature with a death trigger that make an equipment token

• a legendary creature that makes a legendary Hamster creature token

• something only seen previously in Un-sets comes to black border

• an artifact that’s a musical instrument that creates harmony counters

• a card that can keep your opponent from winning the game

• an ability that cares about attacking with a certain amount of power of creatures

• cards that let you decide where the story goes

• a card that creates a legendary creature token named Vecna

 

 

 Next, here are some rules text that will be showing up on cards:

 

 • “Enchanted permanent is a Treasure artifact”

• “Ward – discard a card.”

• “Exchange your hand and library”

• “Skeletons, Vampires and Zombies”

• “Spend this mana only to cast Dragon spells or activate abilities of Dragons.”

• “for each different mana value among nonland cards in your graveyard.”

• “Then if you have fewer than three cards in hand, draw cards equal to the difference.”

• “Whenever you cast a creature spell that doesn’t share a creature type with a creature you control or a creature card in your graveyard,”

• “You may cast [THIS CREATURE’S NAME] from your graveyard if a creature not named [THIS CREATURE’S NAME] died this turn.”

• “When its power become 20 this way,”

 

 

 Finally, here are some card type lines in the set:

• Creature – Tiefling Wizard

• Creature – Human Elf Monk

Mein Arm schmerzte ein bisschen. Viel mehr hab ich dieses Mal nicht gemerkt. Bisschen Abgeschlagenheit, die aber auch der allgemeinen Sommerhitze geschuldet sein könnte, aber lange nicht so kaputt wie nach der ersten Dosis. Hatte irgendwie mit mehr gerechnet.

Schade, da sind die Praetoren. Hatte so gehofft, sie würden sie nur als Card Styles in eines der Lairs packen, aber nicht wirklich drucken.
