Paul: I hate mulliganing but it is a necessary evil. 2 land keeps are tough.
AJ: I’m generally neutral on mulliganing. It’s a tool of use in combo builds, and utility otherwise, better to start with a disadvantage than start with a guaranteed loss.
Whatcha been playin’:
Paul: MWM was hellish even with a double event. Midnight Hunt/Crimson Vow may well have been the worst dual set ever conceived of. LoR Path of Champions. Eternal CCG. Not much else. Boredom and other torments.
AJ: 2-1 with Wraiths at the first part of the Halloween apocalypse. 4-3 Midnight hunt, 4-2 Crimson Vow MWM. Prizes were good, nice to double dip, but on the whole it was a slog. Outside of Magic, more Civ VI culture clashing, and a bit too much interesting times.
