Warum sollte „Dismiss“ bedeuten, dass du Karten nicht willst?
Das heißt in dem Fall einfach „Ausblenden“.

That said, there is not a way for an MTG Arena account to lose cards. The items are on the account, but here are some reasons as to why they may not be seen:
- Sometimes acquisition animation can get clicked through, or there are multiple animations achieved and they don't all showcase items properly.
- Sometimes the New tag on a card disappears earlier than desired when the cursor passes over it.
- Sometimes the collection filters need to be adjusted.
- Sometimes a card is thought to be missing when in actuality, a different card was received that resembled the other (for example, Oath of Teferi vs. Teferi, Hero of Dominaria.)
- Sometimes players have multiple accounts under different email addresses and are unintentionally logging into one of those other accounts. This can lead to them to seeing a different collection than they expect.
If you can't see an item you know you have, you may want to attempt to reset your collection filters in the client. To reset your collection filters:
1. Navigate to your collection
2. Click Decks in header
3. Click Collection in lower right
4. Click on slider bar icon
5. Click on 'Collected" and make sure no other filters are set
