Well guys, looks like our worst fears have come to pass. Turns out the original Ebay listing I bought was stolen, so I had to end up giving the packs back to the original company. They also wanted me to take down the posts, and while that can't stop the images from circulating, I still went through with that as a gesture of goodwill.

 

Unfortunately this means I can't post any more leaks, however I'm still excited about the new set! I can assure you guys there wasn't anything too crazy in the last three packs I opened, so you aren't missing out on much. Once the set comes out I'll definitely be building Yurlok, and maybe the Kodama too.

Very very excited for the news next week (see the teaser if you haven't yet). Balance changes will also be coming next week (before the MT).

While looking at the current environment and future metas, Evocation helped enable a lot of early game swings that could feel insurmountable. We want to smooth that out. At 2 mana, it's not as fluid with Sorcerer's Apprentice and won't be generated from Wandmaker/Spellkin.

For Solarian Prime, we stepped back and evaluated where it stacked up compared to the other Primes. With that and some of the power spikes it can generate, moving it to 9 mana felt appropriate.

On our side, we are continuing to discuss opportunities to bring up some of the weaker classes and/or touch up other play patterns in the near future. Thank again for your feedback, we read all of it (no matter how long that twitlonger is).

Scholomance Academy Twitch Drops

On October 22, watch 15 minutes of the Hearthstone Fall Reveal on Twitch.tv/PlayHearthstone between 7:30 a.m. PT - 9:00 a.m. PT to get 1 Scholomance Academy card pack. Watch for at least 30 minutes total to get another one! Before you can receive awards, you'll need to link your Twitch.tv and Battle.net accounts. Here's how:

• Log in or create an account on Twitch.tv.
• Navigate to the Settings menu by clicking your account name in the top-right corner of the home screen.
• Navigate to the Connections tab of the Settings menu.
• Find the Battle.net section, then follow the instructions after selecting a region and clicking Connect.
• When connecting accounts, be sure that you're currently logged into the Battle.net account on which you'd like to receive your rewards.

Achievement Hunting

Gibt Achievements für so ziemlich alle Spielmodi und Collection Achievements. Hat man 135 verschiedene Karten einer Expansion gesammelt, bekommt man eine Expansion Coin, die ähnlich wie ein Portrait funktioniert, also ein Cosmetic. Das Beste daran: Die 35 Mini-Set Karten zählen zur 135-Karten Expansion, weshalb man nicht alle Karten davon braucht, um die Münze zu kriegen.

Neue Hero-Skins, Daily Quests vergessen ist jetzt nicht mehr so schlimm, weil man sie einfach nachholen kann (?)

Drei Versionen eines Heldenskins, die man nach und nach freischalten kann

Casual ist free, um Sachen zu testen und einfach Spaß zu haben

Heroic ist wie Arena, man kauft ein Ticket und hofft auf einen guten Run

There is a new Magic set coming called Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty.
WHOIS is a public domain name registry. NetworkSolutions is the registrar historically used by Wizards to register their domains. These four domains were registered two days ago.

Kamigawa was on everyone’s radar after a public Magic survey was released featuring multiple pieces of Planeswalker art with descriptions referencing a future Kamigawa. (A Reddit post featuring discussion of this.)

Schade. Jurassic World Dominion startet jetzt erst am 10. Juni 2022, also genau ein Jahr später als ursprünglich geplant. Und das, obwohl die Dreharbeiten recht gut laufen.

 

Laut Deadline hat die Verschiebung nichts mit der Produktion an sich zu tun. Vielmehr geht es um den Schutz der lukrativen Marke und ihrer Verbindungen in Themenparks, Merchandise und ähnlichem. Alles soll perfekt laufen, wenn Jurassic World 3 auf den Plan tritt und das betrifft nicht nur den Kinostart, sondern z.B. auch Tie-ins mit anderen Marken.

 

Ein Beispiel, wie das Coronavirus solche Deals verkompliziert: Anlässlich des Animationsfilms Minions 2 sollte Reebok dazugehörige Sneaker auf den Markt bringen. Der Film wurde daraufhin verschoben, die Sneaker allerdings konnten nicht zurückgehalten werden und kommen in den Verkauf. Bei Jurassic World 3 sollen genau solche Situationen vermieden werden.
